Purpose. This chapter establishes policy and procedures for the administration of the Leave Sharing Program of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) under which the unused accrued annual leave of one employee may be transferred for use by another employee who needs such leave because of a medical emergency or a family member's medical emergency.
