  The Truth Comission sounds like a great read. I have seen it around, but must admit that I was kind of put of by the cover. Yes, I know the saying, but I still do judge and need reviews like this to persuade me to pick up book with a meh(to me) cover.   The Truth Commission investigating these issues ideally would be a non-partisan group heavily weighted with respected military and security officials, including generals, admirals and top.
